Fees and Terms

I offer affordable fees at Counselling In Twickenham. Please call me for a frank and open conversation. You will find me easy to speak with and your enquiry is obligation free.

At first, we can explore any questions at the initial consultation. Then, we will discuss any difficult issues you are facing. After this I can suggest a way forward and negotiate the terms and fees of our agreement. If this is your first time, try not to worry. And you do not need to know what to say. Finally, I have no expectations of you. And you are free to make any enquiries by phone, or text.

Individual Counselling:     £75/hour

Couples Counselling:       £95/hour 

Payment Method: 

Payments are taken at the end of each session by bank transfer

Counselling in Twickenham Practice Hours:

Face-to-Face or Online:  50 minutes per session

Monday - Friday:  08:00 - 21:00

(I hold occasional weekend sessions)

Frequency of sessions: 

Once we have chosen a day and time, we commit to it. Each session lasts 50 minutes and occurs weekly. We will also discuss terms and fees.                             

Online/Phone counselling: 

I offer online therapy with Skype or Google Meet. Phone consultations are also a consideration for clients who live outside the Twickenham area, or those with disabilities.

Notice for a consultation:

Usually, 24 hours notice is required (depending on waiting lists).

Cancellations:

once terms and fees are set we have weekly sessions. I allow for two free cancellations, however, on the third occasion cancellations are rescheduled, or paid for. If I cannot reschedule the client takes responsibility for payment. And, I do not work on bank holidays (including Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day and Easter).

Ethics: 

At Counselling Twickenham and Isleworth I adhere to an ethical code of conduct. Moreover, I am an accredited member of the UKCP and I abide by UCKP code of ethics.
